I hired your company to do some electrical work on two new rooms in my basement. The work included running two new circuits and placing of switches and outlets as well as installing new can lights in the largest room.
You sent Mr. Myers to do the work and I want to tell you that his work and work habits were outstanding. He did a great job of doing his work quickly and efficiently and always kept me informed as to what he was doing and if it met my needs for my billiards room and bathroom. He had great suggestions which in turn ended with a great result. Brandt was very neat and left not so much as a small piece of wire or wire coating on the floor.
Brandt finished the job this last Thursday and finish by stating that if I had any problems he and Action Electric would be there to assist in making it right.
Brandt did a fantastic job from beginning to end and my wife and I wanted you to know how much we appreciated his work. We will continue to have Action Electric do any electrical work in the future and will gladly refer our friends and neighbors to use your services.
I just wanted to take a quick minute and send a thank you to one of your employees. I have no idea what his name is, but every morning around 7:30 AM he drives east down Central Avenue in his company vehicle. Some days, the traffic is such that I sit through several lights attempting to turn out of a parking lot onto Central. Without fail, *every* time this gentleman is in line he stops and lets me out. This is such a small thing, but sometimes countless cars will go by through several turns of the stoplight and not pay attention to those of us trying to get out. This small act of consideration and kindness has made my morning on several occasions. I wave in thanks and always take a minute to send some positive and thankful thoughts his way. Small actions like this show the quality and integrity of the employees you hire. Be assured this considerate employee is acting with great kindness while in his company vehicle.
Thanks to the stranger who makes my morning several days a week. I sure hope this small act of kindness comes back to you.
