While it seems like everyone is jumping on the Green bandwagon these days, how many of those same companies actually have something tangible to show you? Spending the extra twenty dollars to go to a to a "green" salon may make you feel good about doing your part for the environment. When you call Action's Energy Conservation Options division, you get just that - options. We realize that everyone's energy needs aren't the same, sometimes even within the same building. With so many differing technologies out there to keep track of and new ones springing up daily, why would you use a company that only had one solution for every problem? It's easy to see every issue as a nail when you only have a hammer to work with, but Action's ECO division strives to keep our toolbox well-stocked. We do this by staying abreast of the latest energy efficiency trends and choosing the right ones to bring you the most current, cost-effective choices for your all your efficiency projects.

From small residential projects like adding occupancy sensors & dimmers all the way up to commercial jobs with energy management systems and solar panels, we cover the gambit of power-saving strategies. We have both the equipment and experience needed to ensure the results you're looking for.

We start with a personalized Facility Energy Analysis that shows you where your power dollars are going. From basic load measurements, to thermal imaging, to power quality testing, we have the tools available to give you a comprehensive view of your power use. We work with the local utilities companies to ensure the information you receive makes sense and to show you how it impacts your monthly bill. Once the data has been analysed, we give you a customized report to help identify the areas that would benefit most from potential upgrades.

The most important part of what we do is ultimately up to you. After analyse your power usage, we give you multiple options for improving your building's efficiency. We have different choices for lighting, energy management, automation, motors, climate control (HVAC), and solar systems (panels, not planets). With all of the selections we offer, there's a solution for everyone and every budget. It's totally up to the customer how much money they want to spend and ultimately save.

And while all of this information and data is a good thing, we understand that it can be confusing as well. That's why we go one step further and help guide you through the decision-making process. We will help you weigh the options against one another and against your budget constraints. In addition to the preliminary analysis we provide, we can also work up reports for available rebates & incentives, expected maintenance schedules and costs, and, most importantly, projected payback schedules, return-on-investment (ROI), and overall energy savings. And since the most expensive option is not necessarily the best one, we then make the appropriate recommendations based on your needs, not on our sales budget.
