Company

Service is our number one priority. At Action Electric, we believe that service to our customers is first and foremost. It is the keynote of our estimating group, which offers you professional, accurate and timely quotations for your project.

Vision

At Action Electric we strive to be an expanding multi-branch contractor, leading in quality customer service and recognized by our customers, manufacturers, superior representatives, employees and other business partners as the innovators in our industry.

Mission

At Action Electric, we are committed to being the leading electrical, high and low voltage, contractor in our market area, participating profitably in the industrial, commercial, residential and institutional markets by:

  • providing customers with the finest products and services from quality people
  • applying technology and training to improve productivity and customer service
  • achieving continuous quality enhancement in everything we do

Employees and Training

Our ability to serve the customer is enhanced by the quality people in our organization, whom we consider to be our most important asset. Each of them is committed to individual integrity, professionalism and achievement.

In each of our locations you'll find people who are intelligent, highly motivated, educated and responsive to our customers' needs. We are the most experienced sales and technical staff available.

We give our staff expanding opportunities for individual growth because we believe their empowerment, encouragement, and innovation are fundamental to our success.

A broad program of continuous training improves company productivity and customer service by constantly upgrading our employees skills and expertise. That is why in 1997, Action Electric formed its own State approved, I.E.C. Apprenticeship and Journeyman Training School. This school is based on the National I.E.C. Training curriculum, which allows us to train from entry level to the most advanced technical skills. Our students attend weekly classes for 4 years in order to become licensed Journeyman, electricians but the education process does not end there. We continue to educate our electricians beyond Journeyman level by offering continuing education training in safety, advanced motor controls, PLC's, Project Management, code update, and more!
